Olalekan Olude is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in Human Resources Technology, Financial Technology and Public Policy which has led to the creation of several innovative companies.

Olalekan is invested in building and scaling businesses. To his credit, Olalekan Olude is the Founder and Advisor of Rovedana Limited, a startup providing staffing and payroll financing services to SMEs in Nigeria. Olalekan Olude is also Co-founder at CicoServe Payments Limited, a fintech startup providing grassroots banking to millions of Nigerians through more than 5000 agents nationwide. Olalekan cofounded Jobberman, Nigeria’s biggest recruitment website and the largest in Africa.  

Olalekan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2009. He completed an Executive Management Program from the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University and an Executive Education in Strategy and Leadership from the Wharton School in 2015. Olalekan is currently undergoing an Associate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.

In 2009, Olalekan, alongside Ayodeji Adewunmi and Opeyemi Awoyemi cofounded Jobberman. At Jobberman, Olalekan operated in the capacity of the Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2017. Jobberman has now grown to become West Africa’s most popular job search board supporting over 60,000 companies and 5 million candidates in Nigeria and Ghana. Olalekan is also a Founding Partner at African Talents Company, an executive recruitment agency. He worked short-term as Africa Head, Executive Search at Ringier One Africa Media, South Africa from 2016- 2017. 

Prior to these, he was Network Engineer at TeleMobile Nigeria Limited and Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs, a global investment bank.

In July 2019, Olalekan was appointed Special Adviser on Job Creation and Youth Empowerment to the Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun. As Special Adviser, he was charged with the responsibilities of creating a strategic framework for youth empowerment and implementing plans for job creation. With his broad knowledge and expertise in recruitment, Olalekan was also vested with the task of influencing the governor to make crucial decisions in the area of employment.

In recognition of his numerous contributions to startups growth and youth development, Olalekan was named among the 100 Most Influential Young Nigerians by Advance Media in 2016. 

He sits on the board of various startups including WhoGoHost, CicoServe Payments Limited, and E-Settlement Limited.
