In addition to these, RaDahilia provides assistance with business incorporation and registration, organises monthly meetings, and activities like monthly clinics, to support the development of new and expanding enterprises with appropriate structures.
Florence completed a bachelor’s degree (First Class) in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from the same institution, and a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School.
Florence also founded Entrepreneurs.ng, a business hub for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship that focuses on connecting entrepreneurs, their offerings and the marketplace.
Florence is passionate about small businesses and start-ups, leadership, business development, networking and communication, and their role in successfully executing projects or tasks. She serves as a business mentor at Upskill Digital, a UK-based company, and as a Business Development Expert – counselling, coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs at the Transform Nigerian Youths Program, an initiative of Mastercard Foundation with Enterprise Development Center.
Florence has received several honours throughout her career, including Young Entrepreneur of The Year by Eloy Awards 2019; Best Nigerian Business Support Platform by Technology Innovator Awards 2020; and Most Innovative Entrepreneurial Services Firm Award by Technology Innovator Awards.
She volunteers at The Tony Elumelu Foundation where she shares business knowledge, experience and expertise to guide startups in implementation of their business ideas.
