Founded in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in June 1993, Construction Kaiser Limited is an indigenous building and civil engineering construction company. The company undertakes residential, commercial, and industrial engineering construction projects in different geopolitical zones of the country.

Starting as a 5-man organization carrying out minor renovation works, the company has grown to become a force to reckon within the industry. In response to the peculiarities of the emerging market in which they operate, Construction Kaiser Limited has grown to position itself as a one-stop construction shop through vertical integration with her sister company M & E Kaiser Limited (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Installation Works). These companies are responsible for other key aspects of a construction project.

The 580MW National Independent Power Project in Calabar, Uyo State is one of the company’s foremost projects.
