Ifeoluwa Olatayo is an award-winning entrepreneur with a background in Agriculture and Climate Adaptation. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Soupah Kitchen Farm -en- Market Limited, a business focused on fighting hunger and malnutrition, and reducing food wastage to deliver significant environmental, social, and economic benefits. 

As CEO of Soupah Kitchen, Ifeoluwa excellently leads her team in the production of partly-cooked soup ingredients, parboiled pepper, steamed vegetables, and all-natural fruit products such as fruit chips and fruit drinks.

Asides from producing and selling specialized products, Ifeoluwa runs a food rescue bank that donates misshaped and excess produce to orphanages, making sure that edible fruits or vegetables sorted out as not suitable for processing or unused produce from her kitchen are distributed to orphanages at no cost. She also operates a food rescue class that gives tips to farmers and moms on ways to eat healthily and reduce food wastage.

Ifeoluwa completed a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Ibadan, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Lagos Business School – Pan Atlantic University.

Ifeoluwa’s resilience, focus, and dedication have earned her numerous recognitions and awards including Top 20 Jack Ma’s Foundation Africa Business Heroes 2022; Top 10 Youth Adaptation Solution Challenge; Finalist, GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition; National MSME of the year 2019; 2013 Successful Emerging Entrepreneur, Lagos, Nigeria; 2012 Most Outstanding Person in Entrepreneurship, Ibadan, Nigeria; 2012 Student Entrepreneur of the year, University of Ibadan, Nigeria and AFAS 2012 Entrepreneur of the year, Ibadan, Nigeria. She was also the winner of the 2012 First Bank Business Smart Competition and the 2011 Most Creative Business Idea (Team Work), EUROPEAN-NIGERIAN Students competition.

Ifeoluwa is a recognized speaker in workshops and seminars around the world where she talks about agricultural innovation, agribusinesses, and climate adaptation.
