Interview With The CEO Of Mode by Tantish Fashion
Why did you decide to be an entrepreneur?
I decided to be an entrepreneur when I realized that working for others is no longer a life suited for me. I used to work in a bank and it wasn’t easy as a wife and mom.
Years later , I decided that I needed to be successful with the zeal to stand on my own and control my destiny.
What inspired the idea of the “Mode by Tantish Fashion” brand and when did you start your initiative?
The fashion industry is fast paced, exciting, full of creativity and glamour. I’m a fashion lover and I always knew I would show the world what I had in me. Fashion is life, because everything that has to do with it is beautiful.
I started Mode by Tantish in 2018.
What motivates you and what are the principles that guide your business?
When it comes to Fashion business, motivation comes from creativity, I get motivated by things I see mostly. You know you just have to use common sense and explore the inner creative part of you, then Boom it comes out nice !
The principle that guides my business is being consistent , the fashion field is a competitive field, you have to be consistent to give value.

The way I mix and match patterns makes me unique in the fashion industry.
What has been your greatest entrepreneurial success?
Having people in diaspora wearing my brand with pride.
What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
My favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur is Networking.
What is the most challenging of being an entrepreneur?
As a Fashion entrepreneur, I would say the most challenging thing is Standing out in a crowded market, because the Fashion Industry is really big.

“Mode by Tantish” is a reputable women Fashion brand that deals with all aspect of Fashion; clothes, shoes, bags and accessories. We make beautiful women ready-to-wear using different types of fabrics which include Crepes, Organza, Silk, Chiffon, brocade, mesh and other types of Fabrics.
