Why did you decide to be an entrepreneur?

Because I know I can work for myself without a lot of pressure from anyone and also having to wake up early to meet up with 8-9 job (lol I said 8-9 because where I was working, I don’t get to close till that time ) it’s a lot of work on its own.

What inspired the idea of the “toks_fabrics” brand and when did you start your initiative?

I just needed an extra income because the job I was doing then could barely sustain me. I started 2017/2018 but Toks fabrics tarted it fully in 2019 when I left the job.

What motivates you and what are the principles that guide your business?

My goal to be the best in this fabric business motivates me a lot, to solve and ease people’s stress in getting a good fabric makes me happy. To sell nothing but quality fabrics to them.

In your industry, what makes you unique

The kind of fabric I sell, not like every other person doesn’t have it. But I really don’t like selling common designs, I select and select just so my customer wears fabrics that are not common.

What has been your greatest entrepreneurial success?

Being able to do certain things on my own without having to beg.

What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?

The freedom that comes with entrepreneurship and meeting new people(customers) every time.

What is the most challenging of being an entrepreneur?

 Sales, every time you are thinking of one or two ways to get people to buy. At times, it’s tiring.

At Toks_fabrics, we sell beautiful, affordable, and unique fabrics for both men and women like lace, Atiku, wool, cap, gele, and all. We also help take off the stress of looking for asoebi , by helping people source the best fabric that will be perfect for their events.
