Mark Igbinedion is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Distinct ai, a UK-based health-tech Company using AI, partnerships with Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies as well as relevant government agencies to build sustainable and informative ways of delivering great healthcare services to patients. Since it was established in 2019, Mark Igbinedion has been responsible for driving the overall business strategy and success of the company.
Before Distinct ai, Mark has gained over 10 years of global recruitment industry experience working with one of the world’s leading recruitment organizations. He started his recruitment career at Hays, a globally known recruitment company in the UK, where he recruited for some of the biggest brands in the world and recorded success weekly.

A LPI qualified trainer and recruiter with a successful career in the recruitment space, Mark has built two highly-successful startups. Along with two cofounders he built GetQualified, a mass testing and shortlisting platform in Nigeria. The team used image proctoring to allow candidates to take aptitude tests online from their mobile phones, completely disrupting the market. In less than six months, the startup had already tested 100,000 candidates and improved hiring accuracy to 85%
Mark is also the former Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Productive People, a niche recruitment agency. Productive people was founded in 2014 in partnership with two of the UK’s leading consultancies providing contract and permanent recruitment solutions to the African marketplace.
