NIGERIAN TEENAGER, IKECHUKWU NWACHUKWU DIKKO WINS US PRESIDENTIAL AWARD
Ikechukwu Nwachukwu Dikko has shown quite an exceptional display of brilliancy in America by winning the prestigious Presidential Award scholarship. Popularly known as Prof. Ikechukwu both home and abroad for always exuding excellence in deeds and carriage, Ikechukwu is a student of Notre Dame High School in Connecticut, United States of America, who is not new to recognition and accolades. The Nigerian teenager, Ikechukwu Nwachukwu Dikko wins US presidential award for Elite Scholarship in America and the Connecticut Seal of Biliteracy which got him a personally signed letter from the president of the United States, Donald Trump.

It should be noted that the presidential award is given to young students who have demonstrated outstanding academic brilliance while the seal is awarded to students of Notre Dame who are skilled in at least eight different foreign languages.
The glitz and buzz associated with these awards were suppressed this year due to the pandemic. However, the White House and Notre Dame sent delegations on different dates to deliver the awards to the homes of the awardees.
The White House, in a letter personally signed by President Donald Trump, described Ikechukwu Nwachukwu Dikko as a high academic flyer destined to achieve greatness in life.
Speaking on his recent achievement, Ikechukwu whose ambition is to become the director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), said the awards have motivated him to “keep striving for greater success’’ in his academic pursuits.
Notre Dame, from where Ikechukwu would be proceeding to the college this fall, revealed that it was not surprised by the ability of Ikechukwu and other awardees in attaining the feat.
