Nkemdilim Uwaje Begho is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Future Software Resources Limited, (Futuresoft) a full-service digital agency and IT Solutions company. Futuresoft has serviced over 175 clients across 20 industries and has trained over 1000 CEOs and executives in Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. 

An Information Technology professional with over 15 years of industry experience in Africa’s largest emerging economy, Nkemdilim Begho focuses on bridging the digital divide and transforming Africa by harnessing the benefits of digital trends. As one of the few women in the technology industry, her successes are founded on a passion for driving innovative thinking, building a globally recognised technology brand and setting trends in the Nigerian Technology space.

 Nkemdilim’s strength lies in Online Solutions Development, IT Consultancy, Integrated Digital and Technology Solutions Development, and Concept Development and Implementation, with expert knowledge of IT project management, creating software development frameworks and guiding implementation process. 

Nkemdilim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioinformatics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Digital Transformation certificate from Harvard Business School.

Well-respected as a leader in her industry, Nkemdilim is regularly featured in newspaper and magazine publications and as an expert speaker on ICT in Africa. Nkemdilim currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of GLT Magazine, Google for Startups Accelerator Mentor, Board Member, Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, and Non-Executive Director, Stanbic IBTC. She is also a founding member of The Bake for Change Development Foundation and a facilitator at the Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (W.TEC).
