Students who haven’t been able to speak in front of people previously are now presenting in English, and they are able to help their children with homework to keep them in school.
The program is also enabling those who previously could not conduct daily tasks, such as going to the bank because they could not read or write, to finally do so. Some of the students already aim to continue their educational pursuit up to the highest level.
To sustain the program and keep it running, Erezi engaged the services of volunteer teachers, who come in their spare time to teach for free. He also engaged the services of celebrities as guest lecturers in order to inspire the students to dream big.
Erezi completed a bachelor’s degree in Geology and Health Science from University of Benin and a Certificate of Best Practices in Non Profit Management from the Quorum of Three E Consulting LLC.
Erezi is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Oxford International Group and a Consultant at the United Nations ECOSOC.
