Adeshola Komolafe
Adeshola Komolafe is a digital entrepreneur and the Chief Executive Officer of Media Insight, an integrated marketing communications firm that helps people create and sustain communications between their brands, and their target institutional and individual communities.
As a media expert, Adeshola has worked with governments, international organizations, and development agencies, to enhance the Nigerian business environment, transform health, and resolve conflict in the country.
Adeshola completed a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration both from Bayero University, Kano. She also studied Digital Marketing at MIT Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts and Digital Storytelling at the Columbia Business School, New York.

A public speaker, she has graced many stages with presentations on entrepreneurship, leadership and youth development. She has also written for several newspapers and magazines, and has contributed to sections of books.
To give back to the society, Adeshola founded “Save our Future”, a platform that introduces underprivileged kids to information technology. She currently consults for several Department of International Development (DFiD) programmes.
Adeshola was named the 2014 Jennifer Potter Emerging Leaders Fellow by The Initiative for Global Development (IGD). In 2012, she was nominated for the Future Awards, and she received the International Youth Ambassador for Peace Award by the World Youth Federation for World Peace in 2007.
Adeshola is a Fellow of the Initiative for Global Development Emerging Leaders; a member of the World Bank Youth Forum and AlJazeera Media catalyst, and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers.
