All you need to know about Dimeji Ajibola’s upcoming ghetto comedy, “Passport”
This September, some of Nollywood’s finest actors, directors, and producers are teaming up for the big screen.
Dimeji Ajibola, the director of Hoodrush and Ikemefuna, is set to release a new movie titled “Passport.” Passport is a much-anticipated comedy film set for a cinematic release on the 2nd of September, 2022. The film will be shown in over 50 cinemas nationwide.

The ghetto comedy film was shot in February, with Dimeji Ajibola as director, and Vincent Okonkwo as producer.
“Passport” is a captivating movie that brings to view the creativity of old and new Nollywood. It stars both old and established acts including Mercy Johnson-Okojie, Jim Iyke, Adedimeji Lateef, Zubby Michael, Lina Idoko, Emem Ufot, NasBoi Nasiru, Jide Kosoko, Caroline Igben, Emeka Nwagbaraocha amongst others.
Distributed by Film One, “Passport” is made by the fast-rising household production company VSL Media. It will begin its theatrical run on September 2nd, 2022.
“Passport” is the third feature film from the VSL production company. The company has produced several other star-studded movies including The Wildflower and Dwindle.
