The 2022 Pan African Capital Academy Graduate Trainee Programme provides an opportunity for resourceful graduates to join its team at Pan African Capital. The trainees have an opportunity to grow their careers while developing relevant hands-on skills. The Programme comprises a combination of classroom training and rotations across the various Strategic Business Units (SBUs) within the Group. It also provides a platform for successful candidates to be trained and mentored by experienced professionals in their areas of interest.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduates from Nigerian & Foreign Universities
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division (2.2)
- Certificate of completion from NYSC
- 27 years of age and below
