Bankole Williams
Bankole Williams is a Management Consultant and Peak Performance Coach with a track record of helping organizations develop their human capacity to achieve their annual financial goals. He is a renowned force in Consulting and has assisted top financial institutions in Nigeria to develop and deploy solutions for long-term profitability and sustainability.
Bankole Williams is also the Founder and Principal Consultant at LYD Consulting, a firm committed to delivering consulting interventions that lead to transformational change.
Before LYD Consulting Limited, Bankole gained management and career experience, first at Guaranty Trust Bank, where he was an invaluable member of the Human Resources Team. While at Guaranty Trust bank, he discovered his passion for workforce activation and man power development which led him to the Training department where he also facilitated trainings for staff in the bank. He was also Co-Founder/Managing Consultant at Edgeecution Consulting between January 2010 to December 2015; where he developed, managed and facilitated several customer service and personal mastery training programmes.
Bankole holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos. He is also a master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP), a UK Certified Life & Career Coach and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the International Council for Managing Consulting Institutes ICMCI). He is also a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Certification Board (FIMCB).

Bankole is a social reformer with a goal to solve the problems of unemployment and underemployment through his foundation – Live Your Dreams Africa Foundation, for which he has received several awards and recognitions.Through his foundation, over 23,000 youth have been empowered and in 2019, his foundation created 682 jobs in Lagos. Bankole is presently on a mission to create 1,000 jobs across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria.
Bankole currently consults for banks and notable organizations including The Nigerian Communication Commission(NCC), the World Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, Access bank, Stanbic IBTC, StanbicIBTC pensions, First Bank, Oando, Konga, Google, NLNG, UTC and the Nigerian Stock Exchange amongst others. He also facilitates various Culture Transformation initiatives and team bonding retreats for differs organizations.
For his exceptional work in Human Capacity Development, he received the 2019 Coaching Icons Award and was named one of the most powerful people in Corporate Nigeria by Ynaija. His foundation, Live Your Dreams Africa also received the 2019 Google.org Award for Youth Empowerment in Africa.
