Burna Boy Will Perform at The 2024 Grammy Awards
Nigerian music superstar, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy is set to create history by becoming the inaugural African artist to perform on the esteemed main stage of the GRAMMY Awards in February, 2024.
The Recording Academy confirmed the news on their official X account, announcing, “Breaking: African Giant @BurnaBoy is set to grace the #GRAMMYs stage on Sunday, February 4th, at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT on @CBS.”

Burna Boy, who received three nominations including Best Melodic Rap Performance for “Sittin’ On Top Of The World”, Best Global Music Performance for “Alone,” and Best African Music Performance for “City Boys”, will perform alongside notable artists including Luke Combs and Travis Scott.
The addition of Burna Boy to the lineup of artists not only highlights the worldwide influence of Afrobeats, but also signifies a noteworthy achievement for the representation of Africa on the global stage.
