He has acquired diverse trainings and certifications from organizations such as the British Council, the Commonwealth, Hewlett Packard, University of Michigan, and YALI. The journey to be an entrepreneur started while he was in his second year as an undergraduate studying accounting after being inspired by the Donald Trump-produced business reality show, The Apprentice.
After his university, he ventured into his first entrepreneurial project which did not quite take off as he had expected. The key learning from that experience was the importance of a mentor to guide start-ups on how to build a structure for sustainable businesses. From this experience, he decided to support entrepreneurs and this was how Enterprise Hill started.
Founded in 2015, Enterprise Hill is an accounting and business development firm whose mission is to enable businesses to develop better accounting processes, identify better strategies, and make better business decisions based on financial data and using modern technology.
With a vision to be the most efficient provider of data-driven business development services and resources, Enterprise Hill offers MSMEs essential support with accounting, taxation, business strategy, business projections, software integration, software training, and financial planning. It takes just one click on the Enterprise Hill website to get started.
Driven by his passion to develop the quality of Africa’s human capital, he co-founded Competence Africa in 2018. Competence Africa is a social enterprise whose primary objective is to improve the quality of Africa’s human capital through fast-paced technology adoption. Its programs target undergraduates, job seekers, professionals, and civil servants.
Davies, whose journey to entrepreneurship was inspired by a business reality show, became the winner of the second season of Nigerian entrepreneurial reality show, The Next Titan.
