Dr. Kayode Ajulo
Dr. Kayode Ajulo is a Nigerian lawyer, arbitrator, tutor, orator and civil rights activist. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kayode Ajulo & Co. Castle of Law, a corporate and litigation law firm with established state of the art information technology to facilitate seamless operation locally and internationally.

With over 10 years of legal experience at the Nigerian Bar, Dr. Kayode is renowned for his activism. He has been very active in advocacy campaigns for global good governance and democracy, as well as one of the leading voices against corruption, nepotism and injustice.

Dr. Kayode also counsels the incoming Attorney General of the Federation and his colleagues at the state level on the discharge of their duties. His research interests are in the area of Corporation, essential investigation and a broad assessment of director’s duties and rights as well as comparative analysis of Takeovers, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Dr. Kayode completed a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jos, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. He also completed a master’s degree in Law from the University of Jos, where he graduated with a distinction in International Human Rights, Taxation and Commercial Law, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Workers’ Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility from Middlesex University, London.
Dr. Kayode is also an Adjunct Lecturer of Corporate and Private Law and the Executive Director of The Egalitarian Mission Africa, a non-governmental organization dedicated to the promotion of equity, social equality and justice in Africa. As Director, he functions as Legal Adviser, Arbitrator and Mediator in the resolution of conflicts and youth restiveness in the oil producing communities in Nigeria.
Dr. Kayode is a member of several notable organizations including Avant Garde International, International Association of Human Rights Lawyers, Nigerian Red Cross, the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association(IBA), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and a founder of Egalitarian Mission Africa, an NGO based in Nigeria for the promotion of rule of law, equity and fairness.
Dr. Kayode has received several awards and nominations for his contributions to public service. They include: Best Legal Practitioner Award, Nigerian Bar Association, Most Outstanding National Secretary Award, Labour Party Nigeria and Humanitarian Award, Kwara State Government.
