Foluso Gbadamosi
Foluso Gbadamosi is a business leader who leverages technology to provide innovative solutions to business problems and challenges. Folusho’s career spans over 15 years, working across various competitive industries including Telecommunications, IT, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Financial Services and the Oil and Gas sector.
Foluso Gbadamosi was recently appointed Executive Director at Junior Achievement Nigeria, (JA Nigeria) a part of Junior Achievement Worldwide and the world’s largest nonprofit economic education organization operating in 120 countries. She joins JA Nigeria, bringing on board productive experiences in technology.
Foluso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University. She also holds a certificate from the Yale CEO College and a Board Ready certificate from the IE Business School, Spain.
Foluso is a digital transformation advocate, passionate about driving technology literacy and business sustainability across Africa. She views technology as a means to enhance social change and development in Nigeria and Africa. Foluso is also a Global Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who harnesses the unique strengths of her team to produce effective and efficient results. She coaches individuals by helping them identify their strengths and transforming them into the best version of themselves.

With a strong interest in social and human development, Foluso cofounded Serving with Love (SWL), a social impact platform championing the introduction of computer literacy and coding as a language to young children in local communities.
The early years of her career were in the United States, at Eli Lilly and Company, a global pharmaceutical company. She also worked at EMW Inc., a telecommunications company.
As Executive Director of JA Nigeria, Foluso provides strategic directions and leadership to drive developmental change and build on existing growth, in line with the vision and mission of the organization.
Prior to joining JA Nigeria, Foluso was Director, Business Process and Technology at Prime Atlantic Nigeria Limited, a role she served from October 2017 to December 2020. She was also Executive Director, HR, Admin and Information Technology at Industrial and General Insurance PLC from 2015 to 2017.
Foluso has spoken at several organizations and platforms including Google, Microsoft and AfroTech Girls. As a speaker, she delivered on topics across a broad range of areas such as technology, advocacy, leadership, and business.
Foluso’s broad knowledge reserve and expertise in providing technology solutions have led her to receive several board invitations. She currently serves on the board of various companies including Swift Networks, Cousant Technologies, Skool Media and Kuda Bank. She is also an Executive Member of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a renowned female empowerment platform in Nigeria. Foluso is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their purpose by leveraging their strengths. She believes individuals can be the change they intend to see by exploring ideas and providing various innovative solutions to the world’s challenges.
