Henrietta “Hetty” Ugboh is the Founder and Managing Director of Norwiche Limited, an organization that provides consultancy services, training and mentorship to individuals and organizations to achieve financial literacy goals. These include knowledge of Financial Statements, Personal Financial Planning, Enterprise Risk Management and Leadership.

Before establishing Norwiche Limited, Hetty gained over 30 years of banking experience at Citibank with a focus on Corporate and Investment Banking, Credit & Risk management amongst others.

An accomplished senior banker with extensive relationship experience, Hetty was responsible for portfolios covering key sectors of the Nigerian economy including the Public Sector, Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Metals & Mines, Manufacturing and other FMCGs. She has a track record of leadership capabilities and accomplishments and is driven to make a positive impact by transforming the community within her sphere of influence. Hetty does this by providing the right values, through the use of key skills in Financial Management, Risk Management and Leadership for entrepreneurship development. This has led her to become a Financial Literacy Trainer, an Independent Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team for achieving financial literacy and entrepreneurship development.

Hetty’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin-City (1987), an MBA from Enugu State University of Technology Business School (1998) and an Executive Management Program (GMP) at the Harvard Business School, Boston (2009).

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA),  an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Member, GAIA Africa, Member, Institute of Directors (IOD), Associate, Women in Management, Business and Public Service (Wimbiz) & Member of the Wimbiz Wimboard Mentoring Committee and Member, Rising Tide Africa – a group of women Angel Investors focused on raising seed capital for startups.

Hetty currently serves on the board of Investment One Financial Services (an SEC-regulated company) as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria as a Board Member, Non-profit as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Hettmond International Limited as a Non-Executive Director. Hettmond International Limited is involved in the importation and supply of animal nutrition products and additives to manufacturers in the agricultural value chain.
