Olushola Oladejo; Founder, Foodpreneurshub

Why did you decide to be an entrepreneur?

Entrepreneurship gives me the opportunity to be fulfilled. I am fulfilled and happy when I see the positive impact my work has on people’s lives and the world at large.

What inspired the idea of the “Foodpreneurshub” brand and when did you start your initiative?

Foodpreneurshub started as a blog in 2019. I have a lot of food business ideas because of my training as a Food Technologist and also my 7 years of work experience in food manufacturing. I believe sharing this knowledge will help others with food processing ideas, which will eventually help them start their business. My passion to help create jobs led me to start Foodpreneurshub.

Such as how to achieve safe and quality food products, regulatory requirements, pricing, and marketing.

What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?

It is meeting people and being part of the success stories of my students. There are people I will never have met if not for Foodpreneurshub. The relationship I have built with some of my students and food entrepreneurs is something I am most excited about.
