Michael Femi Simeon is the Chief Executive Officer of VoguePay, an online payment bridge connecting Africa and the rest of the world with over 50,000 merchants spread across 4 continents (North America, Asia, Europe and Africa).
Michael has over 17 years of business experience, mainly in the property investment sector, and online projects. He is a strategic and relentless thinker.
Michael founded VoguePay in 2012, and that marked the beginning of the fintech revolution in Nigeria. Within a short Time, VoguePay enabled more than 17,000 SMEs to take their business online for the first time, at no cost.

Michael, who believes in the discovery and development of local talents has led VoguePay’s strategic partnership with the National Association of Computer Science Students (NACOSS), to sponsor Software hackathon among Computer science students in Nigerian universities to grow local content and the software industry.
Michael completed a bachelor’s degree in Politics & Economics from the Northumbria University in United Kingdom and a Master’s degree in International Relations at the University of Newcastle, United Kingdom.
Michael’s visionary leadership style won him the Payment Personality Leader of the Year at the African Prize for Leadership Awards in 2018, an award backed by Forbes Africa and NEPAD to celebrate his proven track records in business, governance, and social advocacy.
