NIGERIANS WHO PARTICIPATED IN MAKING COMING TO AMERICA 2 A SUCCESS
Although the year 2020 had a lot of downsides, it is important to note that it was a great year for the Nigerian entertainment Industry. From Awards to International collaborations and the closing of huge deals. 2020 was indeed a big year.
2021 has proven to be a promising year, with the debut of the movie Coming to America 2 which starred Nigerian music star Davido and a host of others. While the music star stole the show with his heart-melting performance, other Nigerians played several roles in making the movie a success.
Below is a list of Nigerians you probably didn’t know participated in the movie Coming to America 2.
Rotimi Akionso:- Known for his role as Andre Coleman (Dre) in the Starz series Power and also for his Music, Rotimi wowed viewers with his acting skills and a lovely sense of humour as Idi Izzi, son of General Izzi in the movie.
David Adeleke:- With his show-stopping performances and back to back hits. David Adeleke, widely known as Davido did not fail to deliver with his performance of his hit single assurance in the movie, Coming to America 2.
Ayorinde Kemmit:-Ayorinde was the youngest cast of the movie, she is a young actress and freestyle Dancer. she delivered a pleasing performance with her energetic moves in her role as one of the dancers in the movie. She recently featured in Teyanna Taylor’s music video, we got love.
Lola Adamson:- Lola Adamson is an upcoming Nigerian actress, who has starred in several films and TV series. She played the role of zamundan citizen. Some other movies she has featured in include Battleground, Respect, A soldier’s story and many others.
Olaolu Winfunke:- Olaolu is a Nigerian born in Chicago but raised in Lagos. He is an actor, writer, director and film producer who played the role of Royal Manager of zamunda in the sequel coming to America 2. He has also contributed to a lot of projects, some of which include Samaritan, Respect and Tomorrow war, to name a few.

Damini Ogulu:- He is popularly known as Burna boy. He teams up with John Legend and Nile Rogers in writing and performing the major soundtrack Coming to America.
Tiwa Savage:- Her song koroba off her Celia album was included in the soundtrack of the movie while her Dangerous love also featured in the movie inspired album, Rhythm of zamunda.
Augustine Miles Kelechi:- widely known as Tekno. The sensational artist and songwriter also contributed to the soundtrack of the movie with his song waka waka and his single skeleton featuring in the movie inspired album, Rhythm of zamunda.
Other Nigerian artistes such as Alpha p, Oxlade and music producer Larry gaga, had their songs featured in the movie inspired album Rhythm of Zamunda.
