Oladimeji Falana
Oladimeji Falana is a tech entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in Software and digital innovation. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Edves, a technology-driven education management system that has transformed the education sector in Nigeria.
Oladimeji, who had a passion for technology from a young age, and was determined to make a positive impact in his country through technology, founded Edves In 2016. Designed both as a web and mobile-based platform, Edves was focused on simplifying and streamlining the administration of schools and educational institutions in Nigeria.
The platform offers a wide range of services, including student management, academic management, finance management, and communication management, all in one integrated system.

Edves has since become a household name in Nigeria’s education sector, with over 1500 schools and educational institutions using its platform. The system has enabled schools to manage their operations efficiently, resulting in better academic performance, enhanced communication between schools and parents, and improved financial management.
In 2018, Edves was recognized by the Nigerian Innovation Summit as the Best Education Technology Company in Nigeria. Additionally, Edves won the Best Prize for Transforming Education at the Seedstars World Summit 2019 in Switzerland.
Oladimeji completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from university of Ilorin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chester.
Oladimeji’s passion for education and technology has not gone unnoticed. He has been invited to over 20 countries to speak at various conferences, workshops, events and boot camps, and to share his knowledge and experience with others.
Oladimeji is also actively involved in promoting technology education in Nigeria and has organized various programs and workshops to inspire young Nigerians to pursue careers in technology.
Oladimeji is a 2016 CChub-Intel Growth Academy alumnus, a 2018 Fellow of Jacob’s Foundation in Switzerland, a 2018 Seedstars alumnus, a 2019 Fellow of Westerwelle Foundation Berlin Germany, a 2019 MindCET Go alumnus in Tel Aviv Israel, and a 2021 delegate of Africa-France Summit in Paris, France.
He is a mentor at the Facebook Accelerator Programme Lagos, and a volunteer faculty member of Tekedia Mini MBA and Global Vision Initiative in the United Kingdom.
