Oswald Osaretin Guobadia
Oswald Osaretin Guobadia is Cofounder and Executive Vice President of DBH Solutions, an African infrastructure and information technology company that provides quality standards-based infrastructure and technology solutions. Oswald Osaretin Guobadia is also an author, a business strategist and technology consultant with over 20 years’ demonstrated expertise in information technology (IT) and business strategy development.
Through DBH Solutions and his works with various corporate boards, Oswald advises on strategic opportunities for technology and operations optimization while supporting organizations as they transform and monetize their services. He has advised clients and partners in the IT Strategy by providing strategic direction and high impact solutions, including technology designs and implementation plans for new and established organizations.
Oswald’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wesley College, Delaware, United States and a master’s degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science from Pace University, New York.
His career includes an extensive experience across various board-level and transformational leadership roles, as demonstrated in his ability to provide strategic leadership and services in both mature economies and emerging markets. Oswald is focused on building sustainable businesses that will contribute to Africa’s economic development as well as enable massive job creation in Nigeria.

In addition to his portfolio, he currently serves as the Senior Special Assistant to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Digital Transformation, a role he assumed in August 2020. Prior to being Senior Special Assistant to the president, Oswald was Non-Executive Director at Renaissance Capital (Nigeria), from December 2014 to September 2020. There, he represented on the Investment Banking and Securities board, reviewing quarterly activities and providing business guidance via the Audit and Governance committees.
Alongside his professional work, Oswald strongly believes in and supports initiatives that are dedicated to giving back to society as well as improving living conditions through genuine and collaborative social welfare programs. In line with this, he created the Resolve Foundation, an organization offering companies and individuals the opportunity to execute corporate social responsibilities, sustainability projects and philanthropy via its platform.
