Paul Obiefule’s Daughter, Olivia Emerges Best Dancer in Denmark
Former Super Eagles midfielder, Paul Obiefule celebrates his daughter, Olivia as she becomes the best dancer in Copenhagen, Denmark after the grand finale of the inaugural X-Factor Dance Competition. Olivia won the prize via internet votes as the best dancer in the entire Scandinavian country.
The young talented 11-year old became victorious over 105 similarly talented contestants after a five-week-long competition. At first, she emerged top five to qualify for the final round, and later, maintained a strong position among the top three for the grand finale, leaving two contestants out of the competition.

Olivia, who has mastered the stage, danced confidently in the final competition to win the crown as the best dancer in Denmark. On her victory, she was invited to take part in the biggest celebrity dance competition scheduled for December, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Olivia will perform amongst other talented and highly-rated celebrity dancers.
In expressing delight, an excited Paul Obiefule said,
“It was a long five Fridays in five weeks for us all and I’m super proud of my daughter. She deserves the prize because she worked for it to prove her talent, despite making the trip to Copenhagen from Viborg every Wednesday for the five Fridays the competition lasted. It was great working with her coach, Silas Holst; who is one of the biggest dancers in Denmark.”
Paul Obiefule further disclosed that Olivia plans to continue her dance career by attending a dance school in London and Los Angeles. He also added that Olivia hopes to open a dance school someday in Nigeria, where she will equip young and passionate dance enthusiasts with the required dancing skills.
Elated Olivia said,
“I am happy to make my daddy, mummy, brothers, the entire family and friends happy, and I want to continue doing my best. I want to travel all over the world, take part in the best dance competitions in the world.”
Her Danish mum, Mia expressed how proud she was and hopes Olivia uses her crown to make a name in the dancing space.
Olivia, whose passion for dancing informed her performances and her many competitions since age 5 has won several dance competitions in Demark and other neighbouring countries.
