Paul Onwuanibe
Paul Onwuanibe is a Nigerian businessman and entrepreneur making his mark within Nigeria’s real estate space. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Group Africa, one of Nigeria’s top real estate and property development firms behind popular signature brands such as “The Landmark Leisure Beach Lagos”, Nigeria’s first premium, privately-owned beachfront.
With over 25 years experience in project design, implementation and property management, Paul specializes in the provision of international standard developments geared to major multinationals operating in the Pan African region.
Paul has expert knowledge of commercial property and workplace management, and has led Landmark’s expansion into America, Europe and other countries in Africa. He has raised in excess of $100m of funding for Landmark, and has grown the company to achieve a PWC endorsed book valuation in excess of $300M.

Paul completed a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a master’s degree in Construction Project Management from London South Bank University, another master’s degree in Environmental Design and Property Development from Imperial College London, and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School.
Before establishing Landmark in 2003, Paul had served as Development Director with Beacon Housing, a UK based house builder. There he learnt a lot about property, human behaviour, city infrastructure, finances, supply chain, and the commercial needs of businesses in the global marketplace.
Paul serves on the board of several institutions in Europe, America and Africa including MTN’s subsidiary Fintech Yellow Digital, Cancer Care Federation for West Africa, Lakeshore Medical Centre, Brookstone Properties, Kimberly Ryan, Carbon Micro Finance Bank and Stanmore Real Estate.
He also has significant charitable interests in Health and Education, and he is focused on adding value to the region through imaginative creation of job opportunities in several African countries.
