Rasheed Jaiyeola
Rasheed Jaiyeola is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Systems Auditor with over 21 years of working experience. He is the Managing Director of Bukkha Hospitality Limited, trading under the brand name Bukka Hut, a quality service restaurant, that offers Nigerian meals with a nice ambience at affordable rates.
Bukka Hut commenced operations on August 1, 2011, with a flagship outlet on Admiralty Way in Lekki Phase 1, and gained quick acceptance in its first year of operation.
Within twelve years of operation, Bukka Hut has grown impressively and has several other outlets across Lagos state. The restaurant has also moved from the point of delivering food to customers themselves, to a partial outsourcing model that proved to be more efficient and scalable for the business.

Bukka Hut hosts an annual Yard Sale event where small business owners get to showcase their products in some of their selected outlets for free. It also has a scholarship scheme in place for staff members who are still pursuing their higher education.
Rasheed completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and a Certified Systems Auditor.
Rasheed started out his career in Investment Banking & Trust Company (now Stanbic IBTC Bank), where he served as Deputy Head – Internal Audit. He was deployed as the Financial Controller to start-up Stanbic IBTC Pensions Managers Limited, which is currently the most successful PFA in Nigeria, in terms of funds under management and profitability.
Rasheed also served as the Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer in Nigerian International Securities Limited, a Stockbroking and Investment Advisory Firm in July 2008 where he until September 2016 when he resigned from the Board to work full time as Managing Director of Bukka Hut.
An alumnus of Lagos Business School, Rasheed currently serves on the Board of Saro Africa International Ltd as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He is also a member of the Stanford Seed Transformation Network and a Non-Executive Director of Blackbirch Capital Ltd.
