Rolake Rosiji, the CEO of Jobberman Nigeria
Rolake Rosiji, the recently appointed Chief Executive officer, CEO of Jobberman Nigeria is our WCW. Jobberman Nigeria is the largest job placement platform in Sub-Saharan Africa.
On her appointment, she succeeds Hilda Kragha, who was recently appointed Managing Director of ROAM Africa Jobs. As CEO, Rolake will continue to establish Jobberman as the primary platform for job search and talent acquisition, while also transforming workplace productivity across Nigeria.
Rolake brings on board 10 years of global experience in strategic leadership and operational excellence. Her proven track record of spearheading business expansion, digital and technical transformation as well as executing strategic partnerships will be fundamental to her implementation of growth and development at Jobberman. Her focus will be to broaden the brand’s impact beyond the white-collar space and work closely with their impact partners in tackling youth unemployment in Nigeria.
Rolake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University and a Master of Science degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also completed her executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Copenhagen Business School.
Prior to joining Jobberman, Rolake led the technology and sales operations for credit financed smartphones and solar power sets from November 2018 – February 2021, as Country Manager for M-KOPA Nigeria, a solar energy and fintech company. She also worked as Head of Business Development and Strategy for Sub-Saharan Africa at Arla Foods, where she developed distribution and joint venture partnerships across West Africa. She further scaled up, assuming the role of Business Development Manager, Corporate Strategy at the Denmark and USA operations of Arla, between 2015 – 2018.
