Victor Etimedok
Victor Etimedok is a Certified Educational Administrator and Inspirational Speaker. He is the founder of Stemsbridge, an educational consultancy firm in Lagos, Nigeria where children are taught to solve problems with outstanding craft and tech skills. Victor was instrumental in the development of the Home School Connect Program aimed at curbing the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on children’s education.
Victor currently works as an Adjunct Lecturer at Caleb University of Education, Lagos, and as Lead Consultant at Vicalign International Educational Consult. He boasts over 20 years of experience in different educational capacities and he’s passionate about improving and enhancing the quality of the mindset of individuals.

Victor was previously Head of Department and Head of School at Whiteberyl School. He also worked with Data Science Nigeria (DSN) in the Learn at the Home project as a Scriptwriter/teacher for physics and basic science where about one million pupils and students across Nigeria benefited from the educational audio content created.
Victor completed a bachelor’s degree in Education – Curriculum and Teaching from the University of Calabar, and a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning from the University of Lagos. Additionally, he has completed several pieces of training with the British Council under the Connecting Teachers and School Heads program, where he received a professional development certificate in Teaching Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills.
Victor is a member of the Science Teacher Association of Nigeria (STAN) and volunteers as the coordinator of GCE Coaching, a Corporate Social Responsibility put together by the Redeemed Christian Church of God, where over 173 students have benefitted from the program.
