This week, Refinedng featured significant wins across various industries. From the victory of the Unified world heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua to the listing of Damilola Odufuwa and Odunayo Eweniyi as two of Vogue’s 12 Women Leaders who Changed the World in 2020. In the much-awaited fight between Unified world heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua and Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev, Anthony Joshua knocked out Pulev to retain heavyweight championship belts. His win creates a potential all-British heavyweight unification bout against Tyson Fury in 2021. Interestingly, Dr Adeola Olubamiji rises as the first black director in the field of Additive Manufacturing at Desktop Metal, a technology company in Massachusetts, United States. She was also the first black person to bag a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.
