Adetola Nola
Adetola Nola is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Veritasi Homes and Properties Limited, one of Nigeria’s fastest rising real estate firms. In the last four years, the company has evolved from site and service into housing developments to provide homes for first-time home buyers and an interesting rental income for seasoned investors. It has identified key upmarket areas in Nigeria such as Ikoyi, Lekki and Victoria Island in Lagos and Asokoro in Abuja.
As head of Veritasi Homes and Properties, Adetola Nola has built strong relationships within and out of Nigeria through creating real estate solutions that cut across property sales, real estate advisory services, land acquisition and property development, with a sales record of over N2 billion in three years.
Adetola boasts of more than ten years of experience in real estate marketing, investment, and blogging with expert knowledge, hands-on information and opportunities across various segments of real estate. In his industry, he is leading the emergence of a new community comprising consultants, developers and consumers.

Before venturing into real estate, Adetola’s experience spanned the oil and gas industry, engineering, construction and fashion. He served as a real estate Sales Consultant at Grenadine Homes, where he recorded huge achievements including closing property deals and facilitating real estate projects. He also founded and co-founded five other companies – including Noah & Nola Incorporated, Pineapples Luxury Retail Store and Couture 89 amongst others.
Adetola’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, and other certifications such as Effective Management Technique and Managerial Finance from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).
The entrepreneur has served in various leadership capacities across organizations such as AIESEC and has attended workshops, course training and learning programs that places him as an authority in his industry.
Despite being one of the youngest in the industry, Adetola has achieved what many only dreamed of before the age of 30. He was named in Forbes Africa’s 2019 30 under 30 list and the 2020 Most Influential Young Africans list by Avance Media.
While leading modern innovations in the real estate sector, the entrepreneur also aims to launch a mortgage bank in the future.
