Arise Walk for Life: Siju Iluyomade and other Prominent Nigerians to Lead the 2020 Edition
Focused on promoting health and wellness in Nigeria, Arise Women, a humanitarian foundation is set to hold the 2020 edition of its Initiative ‘Arise Walk for Life’ on October 17, 2020. This year’s edition themed ‘Staying Alive’ will be streamed live online from start to finish, in order to virtually engage Nigerians who are unable to participate due to stipulated protocols.
Organizers of the event have disclosed that all is set for the 2020 edition of Arise Walk for Life, which will be led by the Founder, Siju Iluyomade alongside other prominent Nigerians. The health-awareness walk will last for 75 minutes and will positively contribute to the overall health of participants.

Arise Walk for Life is a yearly global initiative committed to helping Nigerians keep up with their health through health-awareness walk. The event will commence at 7 am in over 50 groups across Nigeria, London, United States, Canada and various isolation centres. Each group will have not less than 25 persons, including influencers and celebrities dedicated to the cause. The event will be graced by top industry players, successful entrepreneurs and prominent individuals in the entertainment industry.
According to Siju Iluyomade, Nigerians can expect renowned persons like the Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Sports and Super Eagles icon, Daniel Amokachi; Olympic Gold medalist and Sports Administrator, Mary Onyali; former Deputy Governor of Lagos State and Special Adviser to the President on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Her Excellency Adejoke Orelope Adefulire; popular Disc Jockeys, Humility, Xclusive, Cuppy; celebrity dancer, Kaffy and others like Bimbo Akintola, Peter Rufai and Nathaniel Bassey.
The Arise Walk for Life health and fitness event holds yearly as a forerunner to the flagship event, Arise Women Conference, which is scheduled to hold on October 31. The impactful Conference will be graced by participants of different religions, ethnicities, tribes and distinguished personalities including, wives of serving and former governors, federal and state legislators, industry leaders, foreign guests and politicians. The conference promises to inspire and build participants regardless of religion and background.
