Cynthia Adediran Aissy and others including Meganne Lorraine Ceday Boho, Dr Nassifatou Koko Tittikpina, Nene Maiga and Nyama Marvel Gusona have been announced as Women in Africa – WIA Young Leaders for 2021

The WIA Young Leaders Programme is focused on supporting young, highly motivated and potential African women. The leadership programme is developed in partnership with the Maison Dior, a leader in New Information and Communication Technologies Huawei and the investment bank Lazard. 

Cynthia Adediran, alongside four others, were selected from over 2000 applications by a jury that includes 15 international distinguished leaders. These young leaders were chosen based on several factors such as their impressive track records, promising careers, exemplary leadership, professional and life-long projects and their commitment to the African continent.

Cynthia Adediran and the other four amazing leaders share similar values and visions of an innovative, diverse and inclusive Africa, where the business space is intimately connected to social impact. 

They aspire to become decision-makers at the highest levels of private and public institutions whilst showing humility, empathy and resilience. Their strength of conviction as well as a passion for teamwork and dedication makes them the next great leaders on the continent.

Cynthia Adediran Aissy is West Africa Managing Partner of KeyOpsTech Ivoire, the digitalized network for mail delivery in Africa and Managing Director of Fruitizz CI, a fruits bar that specializes in the production of 100% natural juice.

Cynthia Adediran Aissy and Others Named WIA Young Leaders, 2021

Before KeyOpsTech and Fruitizz, Cynthia Adediran was Country Manager at Jumia Travel, Cote d’Ivoire from May 2015 to May 2017, where she was in charge of Jumia Travel’s growth in Cote d’Ivoire. Cynthia also served as Senior Account Manager for Central and West Africa at Publicis West Africa Limited from June 2014 to May 2015, where she led the coordination between clients and the creative team to drive the development of a great creative product.

The young leader completed training in Marketing from Paris School of Business and a certificate in Sales and Management from Dublin Business School.

Cynthia has demonstrated a great passion for work and an inspiring determination to take on challenges.
