Dr Abiodun Adereni Joins World Bank’s Young Advisory Group on S4YE ( Solution for Youth Employment)

We are excited to share that Dr Abiodun Adereni has been selected to join the World Bank’s Youth Advisory Group on Solutions for Youth Employment ( S4YE). The group consists of 17 individuals from different countries who are passionate about youth advancement.

Dr Abiodun Adereni is the proud founder of HelpMum Nigeria, a social enterprise that uses innovative technology to reduce maternal and infant mortality in Nigeria. As a member of the World Bank Young Advisory Group, Dr Abiodun will contribute to issues bothering around health and youth opportunities in today’s rapidly evolving world of work.

S4YE is a global coalition formed by top organisations such as the World Bank, Google -Next Billion Users, Global Affairs Canada, The Rockefeller Foundation, Mastercard Foundation, Microsoft, Plan International, International Youth Foundation (IYF), Youth Business
International (YBI), RAND Corporation, the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Governments of Norway, Germany, the UN Envoy for Youth, and multiple private companies (over 25 large corporations) aimed at providing catalytic support to employment and productive work
for 150 million youth by 2030.

Dr Abiodun has through HelpMum, received multiple awards and funding from Google (Google.org and Google AI ), Facebook, United Nations, Tony Elumelu Foundation, Global Citizen, Waislitz Foundation, Amref Health Africa, Takeda Pharmaceutical company, World Connect USA, David Weekley Foundation, and the International Youth Foundation.

Congratulations Dr Abiodun Adereni on becoming a member of the World Bank’s Young Advisory Group.
