Esiri Agbeyi is a Global Mobility Service Provider, Personal and Corporate Tax Expert and Public Speaker. She is a Partner with PwC Nigeria, an organization with the knowledge and expertise necessary to help clients with complex financial accounting issues related to matters such as valuations, pensions and share plans, listings, IFRS conversions, and corporate treasury and company secretarial functions.

As Partner, Esiri heads the People and Organization Unit in Tax responsible for compensation design and structuring, immigration and personal compliance services to companies in various industries. 

Esiri also leads the Private Wealth Client Services team which provides specialized services to high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs ensuring that they are personally tax compliant, and their structures are optimal for succeeding generations and a thriving economy.

A specialist in sustainability, cross-border restructuring, tax planning for mergers and acquisitions including deferred taxes for group audits and corporate tax compliance, Esiri has worked on high ticket tax structuring assignments for multinational investors with interest in sub-saharan Africa. 

Esiri has also advised severally on optimal tax structures using tax efficient holding companies and regional hubs including tax efficient finance structures across Africa. Esiri’s tax structuring and advisory experience spans multiple sectors including oil and gas, power and utilities, manufacturing and FMCG. 

Esiri completed a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Ibadan and other Certifications from London Business School and New York University.

Esiri serves as a Non-Executive director on the board of several companies. She mentors, writes articles and speaks regularly at conferences.
