Owodunni is a skilled communicator and Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner with over nine years of diverse experience in the healthcare, non-profit, consulting, and education sectors across Nigeria, the US, and Canada. She has a passion for solving problems and gets energised by opportunities that require critical thinking, building new systems, storytelling, communicating with diverse audiences, leadership, and project management.

Under Owodunni’s leadership, Emergency Response Africa is causing a significant shift in managing medical emergencies in Africa, starting with Nigeria. The organization leverages a blend of training, technology, and transportation to provide scalable medical services to address the gaps in the healthcare sector.
Emergency Response Africa’s approach is to create the largest network of First Responders, emergency response vehicles, and verified Emergency-Ready hospitals across Nigeria.
The Aurora Tech Award 2024, established in 2020 by inDrive, a US-based global mobility and urban services platform, received 694 applications from 102 countries this year, highlighting the global impact of women in technology and innovation.
In addition to the award, the Aurora Tech Award 2024 offers cash prizes of $30,000, $20,000, and $10,000 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, respectively, and access to an inDrive mentorship program.
