LEAP Africa
Leadership Effectiveness, Accountability, and Professionalism (LEAP) Africa is a non-profit organisation committed to developing dynamic, innovative, and principled African leaders. LEAP Africa has inspired and equipped the youth, business owners, and social entrepreneurs to lead ethically while implementing initiatives that transform their communities and organizations for the better; sustaining livelihood and contributing to national development.

The program is recognised globally and was featured on CNN and as a finalist in the Financial Time (FT)/Citi Urban Innovations Award in 2013.
Business LEAP: Launched in 2003, the organisation’s annual flagship event, ‘The CEOs Forum’, focuses on business owners, offering training workshops and resources on business ethics, corporate governance, and succession planning.
eLEAP: LEAP Africa is leveraging technology to inspire the youth and entrepreneurs through e-learning/ mobile learning apps, video, and audio clips.
