Niyi Adesanya is an award-winning Leadership/Performance Expert, Author and Entrepreneur. He is the founder of The Speaker Academy and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FifthGear Plus, an innovative management consulting firm with clients in the major sectors of the economy.
As the CEO of FifthGear Plus, Niyi Adesanya handles the decision making, chairing of strategic sessions and corporate networking of the company. In 2012, he led the company in a competitive presentation that won its vendor-ship at First Academy, the training arm of First Bank Plc. Under his leadership, the firm has conducted over 30 different courses, trained over 850 graduate trainees and 300 management staff for the academy in different parts of the country. As well as First Academy, Niyi also led the successful execution of a Personal Effectiveness and Customer Service programme for the support staff of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
