Bamidele Onalaja
Bamidele Onalaja is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of RevolutionPlus Property Group, Nigeria’s most trusted and reliable real estate company with seven subsidiaries across the country: RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Limited, RevolutionPlus Constructions and Infrastructure Limited, Remarkable Hotels and Apartments Limited, Remarkable Impact Investment Limited, Remarkable Foods Limited, Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation (CBOF) and Angelic Lingerie.
Following his broad reach and impact on the real estate sector, Bamidele Onalaja serves as the Chairman of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Lagos Chapter and the President-Elect of Rotary Club of Maryland, Lagos Nigeria.
Bamidele’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from Lagos State University (LASU). Additionally, he completed an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and became a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), United States of America.

Bamidele’s career in real estate started in 2004 as the Marketing Manager of Agbara Estates Limited, where he successfully led the sale of Vivas Home Project. He later joined Refuge Home Savings and Loan Limited as Head of Projects and Business Development, where he championed monumental wins and led the bank into acquiring several landed properties such as the Beaufort Royal Estate. Bamidele later joined Cornerstone Mortgage Bank as Head, Mortgage Operations from March 2012 to May 2014, before going on to work at Safe Trust Mortgage Bank as Branch Manager, Ikeja.
Through his remarkable operations and services, Bamidele has received various awards and recognitions including being Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 by Beta MEDIA Group, Real Estate Personality of the year at the 2019 City People Magazine awards, Outstanding Leader award, amongst others.
Beyond business and career, Bamidele Onalaja’s social, community and humanitarian services are far-reaching. He founded the Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation (CBOF) with a major focus on Education and Scholarship, Child and Maternal Health, Economic and Community Development, Widows Empowerment, Water Sanitation as well as Disease Prevention and Control. In line with the CBOF’s area of interest, Bamidele alongside his supportive wife, Mrs Tolulope Onalaja built Toldel Nursery and Primary School in Ikorodu, Lagos to provide quality and free education to the less privileged in the community. He also embarked on a project to build a free secondary school for the graduating pupils of Toldel Nursery and Primary School alongside awarding scholarships up to university level, to several promising children whose parents cannot afford a university education.
Recently in 2021, CBOF led a ₦100 million campaign to empower widows, and community outreach to areas where RevolutionPlus estates are situated.
