CraftVantage is expanding its programme of sustained exhibition opportunities for emerging Nigerian artists through an ongoing presentation at EbonyLife Place and an upcoming exhibition at WINGS Office Complex.
The exhibition at EbonyLife Place opened on 17 July 2026, following CraftVantage’s participation in the Lagos OCCE Climate Finance Gala Night at the venue.
Through the new partnership, visitors, collectors, cultural stakeholders and organisations can discover and engage with contemporary Nigerian art within one of Lagos’s leading cultural and lifestyle destinations.
The evolving presentation features new works from artists in the CraftVantage 2026 cohort alongside works by other promising emerging artists. The collection will be refreshed periodically to introduce new artworks, perspectives and artistic practices.
Making Art Part of Everyday Life
The partnership places emerging Nigerian art within a space where culture, entertainment, hospitality and business regularly intersect. It also enables visitors and residents to experience and acquire artworks outside the limited period of a conventional exhibition.
From 1 September 2026, CraftVantage will extend this programme of continued visibility to WINGS Office Complex in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The exhibition will mark a return to the venue that hosted the CraftVantage 2026 Graduate Exhibition, Bold Stories, Sustainable Futures, in May.
The upcoming presentation will feature works from the CraftVantage 2026 cohort and other promising emerging artists across painting, sculpture, installation and mixed media.

Building Sustainable Careers for Artists
Both partnerships support CraftVantage’s commitment to helping artists build sustainable professional practices through continued public visibility, audience engagement, acquisitions, commissions and new relationships.

Beyond the Traditional Gallery
The exhibitions also demonstrate the important role that spaces outside traditional galleries can play in supporting the creative economy.
Hotels, offices, cultural destinations and commercial buildings can become valuable platforms through which artists meet new audiences and contemporary Nigerian art becomes part of everyday cultural, professional and social life.
Visitors to the EbonyLife Place exhibition can arrange private or guided viewings, enquire about available works and discuss commissions directly with CraftVantage.
From September, visitors will also be able to experience the WINGS exhibition, which will provide another sustained setting for discovering and acquiring the work of emerging Nigerian artists.
Through both collaborations, CraftVantage is continuing to build a network of spaces, partners and audiences committed to supporting Nigerian artistic talent.
