Healthtracka is a digital health startup in Nigeria that provides at-home lab testing with easy-to-read diagnosis. The company was founded by Ifeoluwa Dare-Johnson. Currently, it is one of the few outstanding female-owned health tech startups in Nigeria.
Ifeoluwa Dare-Johnson founded the Healthtracka after several years of experience working in the healthcare space. Ifeoluwa discovered a need in the Nigerian healthcare industry and followed through to bring it to life. She knew the disadvantages of late or zero diagnosis on patients, especially in undeserved communities with low medical infrastructure, so she created an easy, affordable and accessible opportunity for Nigerians to get tested and have access to diagnosis for quick and proper treatments.

Healthtracka recently raised 1.5 million dollars in seed funding from VC Ingressive Capital, U.S.-based venture fund Hustle Fund, and Angel investors including Alumni Angels Alliance and Flying Doctors.
Healthtracka provides a Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) service by connecting with health laboratories that have met the ISO laboratory accreditation. These health laboratories visit the homes of registered patients, take their blood samples, and send results to Healthtracka. Healthtracka then sends the result to patients’ emails within 48 hours. In cases where patients are concerned about the diagnosis, Healthtracka works with doctors to review results and with specialists for additional consultation at an additional cost.
The business also works with more laboratory centers to meet the needs of its customers and to help reach more people, save more lives, and ensure that healthcare is better in Nigeria and Africa. Some of the diagnoses it offers include fertility and STD tests, full-body count and COVID tests.
Healthtracka believes diagnostics is at the center of healthcare, without which doctors and physicians cannot offer treatment.
